#Blogmas Day 8: My Favourite Ugly Christmas Jumpers for 2017

My Favourite Ugly Christmas Jumpers 6

I’m going to first start with a little disclaimer. By ugly Christmas jumpers, I mean garish and festive little numbers, not literally an ugly jumper. Although some of them on this list are pretty ugly, you must admit. I mean no offence to any jumper mentioned in this blog post. You know what the internet is like … You’ll always offend someone.

I love a bright, bold, and garish festive jumper. The uglier, the better. The more snowmen and reindeer you can fit on it, the better it looks. Christmas is the one time of year that you can totally get away with wearing a jumper that looks it was badly knitted by your Grandma twenty years ago, and I’m going to jump on that opportunity with gusto.

So, in no particular order, I decided to list some of my absolute favourites in terms of ugly Christmas jumper. They’re so ugly, I love them!

Charity Emma December 25th Christmas Jumper – boohoo

This absolute delight is just £18 from boohoo, and I love it for more than just because it’s an ugly Christmas jumper. Firstly, I’m literally a morning person on Christmas morning and that’s it. Perhaps my birthday too, but even that’s stretching it. I’m rarely a morning person. Good luck if you’re the one that’s gotta wake me up.

boohoo and boohooMan teamed up with the amazing charity, Teenage Cancer Trust, for this fab Christmas jumper, and every time TCT Christmas jumper is sold, £5 will be donated. I can’t think of anything better, especially as it comes in red and black.

Ugly Christmas Jumpers with Cats – eBay

Have you ever seen anything so damn fabulous in your life? I’m an absolute crazy cat lady, so this ugly Christmas jumper is right up my alley. I found this beaut on eBay for just £13.50, and there are so many like it. It makes me want to get my own ugly Christmas jumpers made up with pictures of my OWN cat on it though. Not that I’d be able to get her to sit still for long enough for me to get a good picture. She certainly wouldn’t let me get anywhere close with a kitty-sized Santa hat in my hands, that’s for sure.

Merry Crustmas Pizza Ugly Christmas Jumper – Etsy

Right, let’s get one thing straight; anything with a pizza on it is an absolute winner for me. Pizza is my favourite food. If I could have pizza-themed everything, I’d be happy, but orange, yellow, and pepperoni-red isn’t really the kind of colour scheme that’s easy to fit into a home, you know?

This ‘Merry Crustmas’ ugly Christmas jumper is perfect for me, as long as I get it one size bigger than I need, to allow for all that extra turkey-weight. At just £16.99 (plus shipping) from Etsy, it’s definitely a festive garment that many of us could get on board with … right?

Tesco Value Christmas Jumper – Amazon

How offensive do you think it would be, on a scale of 1 to 10, if you were to buy this for the cheapskate in your life? We all know one, don’t we? A friend or relative who always seems to be absent when it’s their round at the bar, and never puts money in for birthday, pregnancy, marriage, or leaving cards at work. I’m just saying, if you get *that* person for your Secret Santa, this cheap, festive jumper might just be the way forward.

It’s subtle, but not. Maybe they’ll take a hint and finally buy a round the next time you head out for after-work drinks? I spotted this one on Amazon, and I kinda love it a lot.

My Old Ugly Christmas Jumper

And then, of course, you have my offering. I bought this ugly Christmas jumper on a whim, working at Vodafone one day, and I decided to jump on the festive bandwagon. It was £5 from some local cheap pop-up clothes shop that disappears once Christmas is done. I can’t really bring myself to throw it away now, and I’ve worn it every year since, at least once. I like to think that maybe I’ll just keep this one forever, wearing it every Christmas, just adding another year’s worth of memories on to it. What do you think? That’s quite a cool idea, right?

🎄🎁💻🎁🎄

I hope you’ve enjoyed my wonderful display of ugly Christmas jumpers, but I’d love to know what you’re rocking this year. Have you gone for something cute and glam, or ugly and hilarious? Show me. I can’t wait to see it!
